a. What is LED neon light sign?
Our signs are designed for indoor use and feature super bright, low voltage LEDs encased in high quality, flexible PVC & acrylic; mounted on a lightweight yet durable acrylic backboard.
LED lights have all the shine of a traditional neon bulb yet they consume up to 90% less power making them more economical, more ecological and a safer addition to your loving home.
b. What can I expect to receive with my neon sign?
We connect our signage to a power socket (12v wall transformer) which plugs directly into conventional wall sockets.
c. How long will they last?
Lets just say if you were to leave these lights on 24 hours 7 days a week you’re looking at about 40-50 000 hours of shine time also known as 5 – 6 years!
d. How are they made and of what quality materials are they made from?
We proudly make our signs by hand based on the digital design folio approved by you. Being hand-made, each item is an individual artwork, very occasionally small amounts of glue and scratches may be visible on the perspex of your sign, this is perfectly safe and usually invisible once appended to the wall.
e. How do I display it?
Anyway you like it! You may choose to mount directly onto the wall or hang from wire, rope or chain, as long as the surface or attachment are weight bearing the world really is your oyster, we only ask you keep power packs out of the reach of children and signs positioned in a dry, safe space not subject to water and/or humidity.
f. What colours do you offer in the lights?
We have more colours than the rainbow! We could send you a photo of our colour selection board via email!
g. How long is the cord?
Our cords are the standard size of approximately 2 – 3 metres long, as well as the extra meterage provided by the adapters back cable of 1.5 metres.
h. Are you able to do custom designs?
We have a team of very talented designers and typographers who work with you to create the perfect custom design.
Each design is individual, and therefore individually quoted.
i. How long do the custom designs take?
Our signs are available for collection or delivery approximately 3-5 weeks from receipt of your full payment. We also have express service! Shoot us an email!

k. Do you have a returns policy?
We accept returns and offer a full refund of unopened stock in their original conditions within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept Custom ordered products, or process refunds for this service.
